And watching them throw boxes on to the conveyer belt made me cringe. I did get 4 out of 5 boxes that I went there to retrieve. I would not go here unless absolutely necessary. They're averaging 1 item every minutes per customer. We've gone from 8 to 6 people a head of us and it's taken 40 minutes I guess they forgot to staff for the holidays. The two that are working look pretty confused. I walk in and wait in a line for my package, no one tells me welcome or hello even. When the guy working here decides to get out of the chair in the back office which is in plain view site of the customers he welcomes me to the store with a "what?
While I'm waiting for my package I watch him take the boxes from another customer. The other customer comes in with 2 huge boxes, the guy working here again doesn't say one word welcoming him, just gets up from his chair after 3 minutes scans the box and throws it. Literally this is where people go to die. I was waiting for pic's of my deceased sister who was murdered. I never got them. They tried to say I refused them when in reality the Driver refused the package saying it was damaged!!!
I am Heart Broken and super sad!!!! I asked for the corporate number and OF course they cant provide it!!! Never use them they don't do there job!!!!! I did google for Corp number and they don't answer there phone!!! I could just cry I did actually all day!!! First of all I had a package meant to be delivered to my home address and it was re routed here because whoever made the label messed up.
So I called and the lady let me know my package could be picked up here after 6: I arrive at 7: I came back and ended up waiting nearly an hour after that only for him to tell me the driver with my package just left and I'll have to wait until whenever he gets back from whatever he's doing to get my package. He also proceeded to tell me I could come back the next day.

This is a joke, this facility is pathetic, the people who work here have no idea what is going on and are very rude in delivering the message. UPS please look into this an hire people with an IQ higher than 10 and train them on customer service!!!!! They took over 10 min per customer. There was only one rep and it was slow. This location LOST a stainless steel sig sauer p they have no idea where it is at.. No kind of customer service. I'd rather driver state to state to pick something up than have it be delivered here. It took 9 hours to speak with a supervisor and for that I had to actually drive to this horrible location to speak with a supervisor through the phone.
The older black male that was working the front must hate his life. Extremely slow if you say something to him in a sentence he has to process each word for a minute or so and tells you to repeat everything you just said. And he gets mad at you like your causing the problem. I'm sorry a firearm does not grow legs and walk away. You don't shit where you sleep last place it was scanned was at this location. It will make ATF job alot easier to find out what happend.
