  • Can I buy my ticket on the Party Bus?
    No, sorry. You can only buy your Beer Bus ticket online. You can buy your ticket online with bank card: Here

  • I am a wheelchair user. Can I use the Party Bus?
    Please keep in mind that the Beer Bus is not a low-floored vehicle. In this case, a wheelchair-user passenger can only use the bus if they have a folding wheelchair and have someone with them who can carry them to the bus.
  • Can I bring my pets on the Party Bus?
    The Beer Bus is not very suitable for animals, therefore we would like to ask everyone not to bring their pets or any live animal on board.
  • What happens if I’m late?
    Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your booking time! The bus can't wait for late arrivals, because it has a strict timetable. If you arrive late, we can’t accept your ticket for another tour and you have to buy a new one for a later journey.
  • What is the minimum group size on the Beer Bus?
    There is no minimum number on the Beer Bus, you can come alone and buy only one ticket for yourself to the trip.
  • What is the maximum group size on the Beer Bus?
    The maximum number of passengers on the Beer Bus is 25.
  • Is the Beer Bus tour private?
    No, it’s not. Other passengers will be on the bus too. The maximum capacity of the bus is 25 people.
  • Can we drink anything else other than beer on the Beer Bus?
    No, only beer is available on the Beer Bus.
  • Can we drink our own alcohol on the Beer Bus?
    No, it’s strictly forbidden to consume your own alcohol on the Beer Bus. The staff will confiscate it and only give back at the very end of the tour.
  • What happens if we don’t arrive back on time after the Beer Bus stops for a break?
    After the bus stops, all those who get off and do not return at the given time, cannot continue the tour. You are not able to get on the next bus. The ticket won’t be valid for a later tour and you can’t buy a new ticket on the bus. You need to organize your transfer back own your own.
  • Can I cancel my ticket after I made the payment?
    Yes, you can cancel it until 2 days before the booked time. You will find a cancellation link in your confirmation email. We will refund you the whole price of the ticket. This option is only available if you bought your ticket online.
  • Can I change the group size or the time slot on my ticket?
    No, sorry this function is not available yet. But you can cancel the tickets 2 days before the booked time and make a new booking with the changed details. You will find a cancellation link in your confirmation email. If you cancel your trip, we will refund you the whole price of the ticket. This option is only available if you bought your ticket online.
  • Can I cancel my ticket less than 2 days before the tour?
    Unfortunately no. Cancellation link is not available less than 2 days before the tour. In that case we can’t send you the refund.
  • Can I change the group size or the time slot on my ticket less than 2 days before the tour?
    Unfortunately no. In this case you need to buy a new ticket. No refund is available.
  • Can I smoke on the bus?
    No. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the Beer Bus.
  • What happens if one of our friends breaks the rules of the Beer Bus?
    If it wasn’t unintentional, the staff will warn the passenger. If the behaviour is dangerous for anyone or the passenger doesn’t stop it after the first warn, the bus driver immediately stops the bus and the problematic passenger will be removed from the Beer Bus. The removed passenger’s friends can decide if they would like to continue the tour without him or her. No refund.
  • Can we listen our own music on the Beer Bus?
    Unfortunately no. We have a fix playlist on our Beer Bus.
